We’ve had solar for 6 months and have had 2 errors so far with our unit. Customer service is slow, pls they closed the business in Idaho so now I don’t ave anyone local to call for warranty. In my opinion I shouldn’t have 2 errors within a month or each other. Would really appreciate some fast service for warranty and fix right so I don’t have to be calling every month for the rest of my life.
We were very happy with genesis. They did not put any pressure on us, which I really appreciated. If they did pressure me I would not have gone through with it! They gave us a couple weeks to think about it and do our homework. They were very honest in why we should and shouldn't get solar. When I would text I always get an immediate response. They panels look great! I will recommend them.
Genesis Solar Energy has been great to us since the beginning. Lester is such a great salesman, he was honest with everything. He took time to explain the company and how the solar panels worked. He sold us exactly what we needed for our growing family and not what benefited him. I would definitely recommend these guys. Lester never hesitated to answer any of my concerns regardless of the time of the day. So far everything has been running smoothly just as we expected.
We were shopping around for solar and these guys not only matched others on the price per panel but also came through with some other goodies as well. I liked their approach to solving the problem of lowering or eliminating our electricity bill. It wasn't just about selling us the biggest solar panel array they could. They are generally really busy but eventually came through with everything they promised. I really liked our salesman, Brett, and I never felt like they were trying to pull anything over on me. All in all, a very positive experience; and I'd definitely recommend them to others.
We just had had our solar system installed today. Only took 4 hours and they did a really great job. Very efficient, coordinated, and organized. We are very excited to take the next step and get the city power company "Idaho Power" to get us hooked up to the grid. We are an older couple and after retirement and on a fixed income we will not have a power bill. We are jumping for joy. Solar is the way to go and GCE.Solar is the company to do it.
